Freedom From Mortal Judgment

Humanity is characterised by the virtues and sins inherent in the psyche but why must it be that way?

Often we perceive ourselves either as weak for being compassionate, loving or truthful or conversely bad for being strong willed, selfish or secretive.

These traits that elevate or doom us hang in a balance and are weighed by the Malachim, the judges who reside in heaven, upon the moment of our death.

We fear judgement. It is a natural response to have. To measure up or to fall short of the expectations of others. Expectations that belong to some other being, that have nothing to do with your Self and yet it is a person’s own perception of those expectations others have, that acts as our bonds.

Freedom only comes when we recognise judgement and expectation for what they are. Irrelevent. Both when directed to us from within or without; either our own critical minds or those of our peers.

The only thing that truly matters is our own acceptence of who we are, belief in what we can do, and the nerve we have to follow through.

Life is a journey worth being free to experience.
